The process for booking time on SeaDancer is very straightforward. Just follow the steps below:

  1. NOW: Book the boat by contacting us at SeaDancer@SailSeaDancer.com. At this time, we will need your name, address, number of travelers, and the dates you want to reserve. You can check for available dates by looking at the Calendar. We will also need your sailing resume(s) to be completed by email, or by going here to complete it online.
  2. WITHIN 2 WEEKS: Confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit. This deposit applies only to your boat charter cost, not provisioning or other costs. If you plan to pay by credit card, email SeaDancer@SailSeaDancer.com to request a PayPal invoice be sent by email, which can then be paid by credit card. If payment by check is desired, email SeaDancer@SailSeaDancer.com for the mailing address. Also at this time, the contract and crew manifest should be completed and sent to TMM. The contract must be signed.
  3. 45 DAYS BEFORE CHARTER: Remaining 50% of boat charter cost is due. The same methods apply as above. Also due at this time is the arrival and departure information for all members of the charter party, to facilitate arrivals and departures. You can find this form here. Provisioning and other equipment costs are due to TMM before SeaDancer leaves the marina at the start of your sail.
