The process for booking time on SeaDancer is very straightforward. Just follow the steps below:
- NOW: Book the boat by contacting us at SeaDancer@SailSeaDancer.com.
At this time, we will need your name, address, number of travelers, and the dates you want to reserve. You can check
for available dates by looking at the Calendar. We will also
need your sailing resume(s) to be completed by email, or by going
here to complete it online.
- WITHIN 2 WEEKS: Confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit. This deposit applies only to your boat charter cost,
not provisioning or other costs. If you plan to pay by credit card, you can find the authorization for payment
here. Also at this time, the
contract and
crew manifest
should be sent along with the check. The contract must be signed.
- 45 DAYS BEFORE CHARTER: Remaining 50% of boat charter cost is due. Provisioning and other equipment costs are
due to TMM before SeaDancer leaves the marina. Also due at this time is the arrival and departure information
for all members of the charter party, as transportation from/to the airport is included in the charter cost.
